The KUNSTZELLE is a former telephone booth in the inner courtyard of the WUK Werkstätten- und Kulturhaus. It has been a venue for artistic installations and interventions for 19 years. Since 2006, around 90 artists have taken the minimalist building as their playground and implemented their project ideas. As a result, the special location has been explored again and again. The cell is curated by Christine Baumann, who initiated the project, together with Pablo Chiereghin.
