As a collective fantasy as well as an individual action, decisions between subversion and affirmation appear obsolete in the intellectual space of SUPER. For ideas, events and forms of artistic practice around and within SUPER do not follow the logic or rhetoric of a program. SUPER is heterogeneous, dense and flawed and resists dissolution and purification. The ambivalence carries SUPER from its space of origin. The lack is a source of inspiration. SUPER finds new impulses on the brink of the dissolution of formulated identity.
